Reference: n/aBrewery: Lafayette Brewery. Lafayette, IndianaManufacturer/Plant: Ray-Flex Corp. Chicago, La Porte, Indiana, New YorkDate of manufacture: circa late 1930s - 1942Contents/Type: 12 ozCondition/Comments: This is a gorgeous lighted back bar sign. Glass ad panels promotes Ye Tavern Beer and features a bottle of such beer with graphics of a horse drawn carriage in a small town. Corner pieces are made of a flexible, semi-transparent red plast to allow some light to glow through. Ethed metal bands add a level of sophistication to the display. Very rare sign..this is the only one of these we've seen. John Kay, the Ray-Flex founder and president, died in a plane crash in 1941 or '42. See well lit photos.
