Absentee / Phone Bids

Download, read and fill out the Alternative Bidding Sheet to place absentee bids.  We will execute your absentee bid, taking into account other bids and reserves, if any, in a competitive manner as if you were in attendance.    In the event of a tie between two absentee bids, precedence will be given to the first one received.  Absentee bids submitted out of increment will be rounded up to the next stated increment.  This form can be mailed to:

Registered bidders can bid live by phone by arranging at least 48 hours in advance of the live event.  We will call you about 5 lots ahead of the lot on which you'd like to bid.  Best efforts, but no guarantees, are made to accomodate all phone bidding requests.
