Condition/Comments: Unlisted in USBC, USBCOI 813. We believe this to be the exceptionally rare USBCOI 813 with orange ribbons, given its color relative to more common much deeper red ribbon versions. The photos attest to the orange color of this example. The can displays very well even with oxidation marks, mild toning, and numerous small dings and ripples.
