Smooth, clean, original surface, with just a few small imperfections including a little loss on winged angel pouring the bottle. Note unavoidable white reflections around 3:00 and 9:00 are not imperfections. Features winged cherubs serving bottles of Velvet Beer while flying over a table of ornately dressed Victorian or earlier gentlemen and ladies. Likely manufactured by Chas. W.
