Condition/Comments: The scarcer of the two circa 1940 Tadcaster designs. This example displays well, with some paint anomalies around the TER of TADCASTER that may have occurred during production. They are not visible in photos and can only be seen when the tray is viewed at an angle. There are some ripples and dings at the edge between 12- and 1 o-clock that also may not show in photos. Color is strong and the surface is shiny, despite the blemishes described. The rim has notable wear but it does not show strongly when the tray is viewed head-on. 12-inch diameter. All original.
