Straub Beer Large 1930s Reverse-Painted Glass Illuminated Clock RARE

Condition/Comments: Very difficult piece to photograph due to the large reflective angled glass surface so we have photographed it in its lit state to minimize reflections that might be construed as damage, in both a light and dark setting. A few areas where the bulbs are located remain bright where detail is difficult to see. However, there are no notable blemishes in these areas as the sign is in excellent condition except for the piece missing from the top left of the frame. The case shows signs of oxidation and other aging, as well as a few minor bumps and bruises but is very sound. A distinguished piece in black, white, and gold leaf playfully curved trim. The face obviously lights but the clock does not work. Very rare and impressive piece! About 23 x 29 x 6 inches. All items are original unless otherwise noted.
