Condition/Comments: Sign pre-dates 1890 when the company was sold to Owl Cigar Co. This sign advertises the Pinnacle Segar, with an illustration of the company flagship product. The reverse has a portion of an oil painting as this piece was likely used in combination with another below it for an artists canvas after its intended function became obsolete with the sale of the factory and cessation of the brand. The cigar illustration was once covered with factory varnish that has since flaked away in most places. Signed William Wicke & Co. 20 w x 9 h. All items are original unless otherwise noted.
