Condition/Comments: Very impressive smallish but heavy cast iron or steel sign. All of the chromed design components are raised well above the flat face of the sign, creating sunken wells into which a thick layer of baked red enamel has been applied. There is no indication of what this piece was used for or applied to as there is no hanging apparatus or signs of adhesion on the reverse. Manufacturer stamp appears to read Empire Co.
