Condition/Comments: This example is exceptionally clean and bright. Close inspection of the areas around the scratches shows darker blue marks. These do not fluoresce under black light and do not appear to be marker touch-up as several are not on or surrounding scratches as would normally be the case with attempted restoration. This MAY be restoration, but just as likely may not be. That said, the rest of the can is fabulous and makes quite an impression even with the scratching on the front!
