Condition/Comments: We believe this sign dates to pre-Prohibition but it may be from as late as the early 1940s. It is a beautiful piece, with details such as a beveled edge all around the shield-shaped cut glass. The gold foil is richly textured and the colorful globe logo really pops. Condition is excellent, with some very minor chipping around the edge of the glass and one more prominent flake at the lower right. The imprint has some loss from wear and scratching as shown but nothing major. The original hanging hardware is included. A great piece of Schlitz breweriana! 20 w x 9-1/2 h.
