Condition/Comments: Scarce sign. A U.S. Army Cavalry infantry line officer toasts HITS THE MARK. This fabulous tin sign has a few wear blemishes but is overall in great condition, and the paint quality is outstanding. No oxidation, chalking, crazing etc. Just wonderful. Three marks that may not be evident in photos are some small dings, one on the elbow of the arm holding the bottle, one to the left of the raised gauntlet, and one on the cap. Also note the nail hole in each corner. These do not distract when on display. This terrific sign measures 9-1/2 inches wide x 21 tall. Likely early 1900s. All original.
