Condition/Comments: Very cool bottle topper from 1938. This promotion encouraged consumers to tune into WLW to hear the story of Hershel Seward. Also included is an interesting portion of a case of Red Top Beer. Topper is about 7 x 15 inches framed, case fragement is 16 x 11 inches. Note tape on the case fragment. All original.
