Condition/Comments: Clean for this label. Most of the marks are darkened scratches and nicks. Very appealing design when its not all spotted or tarnished. Usually the white is darkened which dulls the label and the appeal. This one is bright and clean, highly attractive with vivid coloration. North Carolina tax lid is intact on top.
