Condition/Comments: This is an early one, with a bottom date stamp of 5-2-36! Patent Applied For with a U permit number. Also note that this variant carries a NOT OVER 4% alcohol statement. Can is very clean overall with some light aging and wear as shown. Small dings are present at the top and bottom of the left side panel, most notably around the contents and brewed prior to statement. There are ripples across the top half of the front of the can and a pair of small dings on SAN FRANCISCO. Most of these are likely not evident in the photos.
