Condition/Comments: USBC 116-27 USBCOI 696. On the cleaner side of examples known with the Manhattan mandatory. USBCOI states there were no known true on-grade examples at the time of publication. This specimen has numerous small blemishes as shown but no single large mark(s) that would compromise the display so it still presents very well. Not clearly shown are dings on the mandatory, above the PR of PRIMA and on the L of MEDAL on the front, and a pair of smaller ones on the right side. Appears air sealed but there is a tiny hole in the bottom lid from which the contents escaped over a period of time. Nice example. All items are original unless otherwise noted.
