Condition/Comments: This is the IRTP version with the New York mandatory. Extremely clean and bright example of a label that always seems to show up very spotty - and in the non-IRTP form. Some small darkened scratches are the only notes on this one regarding the label. There is a ding on the lower right of the oval and a few small rim dings that may not be evident here.
