Condition/Comments: Unlisted variant of this cool test can that is identical to USBCII 238-31 but has a PEORIA HEIGHTS mandatory. Condition is excellent as the can has just a couple of tiny nicks and a small ding at 9 o-clock on one side. The white background has begun to discolor and is yellowed to varying degrees in different areas of the label, but the surface is smooth and shiny. The red, blue, and silver have not discolored.
