Condition/Comments: Gillco cab lights are the highest quality illuminated brewery signs every manufactured, are highly desirable, and rarely hit the market. It was a very expensive and challenging process to create these curved and convex signs out of glass. This example has unbeatable graphics with images of Gus lounging and winking while he toasts his stein of Old Reading Beer. Those graphics and the Relax With Old Reading text pop nicely against the baked on reverse painted woodgrain background. Original fish scale metal base. Good working order. Manufactured by Gillco, Porcelain Enameled Glass Signs of Philadelphia, PA. Condition is excellent. About 15 x 10 x 4 inches. All original.
