Condition/Comments: USBC 102-33 OI 560. Traditional enamel silver on this version that is IRTP and Others Pending. Design use dates from about 1938 to the early days of WWII. There is a fine shine to the surface and colors are excellent; very little evidence of under-the-paint humidity so common to this label.
