Condition/Comments: Rare variation with pale blue and red. NOT faded, as there is no sign of fade to the copper, and the dark blue that surrounds the entire logo oval is not light like the other blue components within the oval. It is the same color as the printing on the reverse. Other than the colors, this design is identical to USBCOI 545, circa late 1930s. All original and spectacular! From the Dave Larrazolo collection.
