Condition/Comments: Note the white enamel oval. R9 rarity, even off grade. This is the actual can pictured in USBCOI. There are no known on grade examples and only 3 off grade cans known at the time of publication! Dates to about 1940. This is an outdoor found can with the flaws usually associated with exposure to the elements. Photos tell the story well. There are a couple of small holes in the seam but this can is very solid and stable. The colors are outstanding for a weathered example. All original. From the Jules Kish Connecticut collection.
