Condition/Comments: Rare, unique artist concept can design features paper and acetate overlays with American Can Co. approval form on the top lid and an insert tab on the bottom. The handsome design is partly obscured by staining and some mild clouding of the acetate but the colors and design remain evident. Thick layers of acetate are rippled and the outer layer appears to be only lightly adhered. An attractive design that is a very cool piece of Chicago, Peter hand, and overall brewery canning history!
