Condition/Comments: USBC 94-23 OI 517. Factory original drinking cup. Provides a wonderful example of 1930s Deco design with its simple linear forms and distinctive typography. Simple and uncluttered yet so very appealing. Copper and black is always a winning combination. This is an older 4-panel design whose distinction is the inclusion of PATENTS PENDING at the bottom of the Keglined panel. Metallic is a little speckly yet the can still looks very nice under normal lighting where the rich metallic can really shine. We love that the can is in its original as-issued form with an open top. Dates to about 1936. Dark vertical line toward top center of photos is reflection, not an imperfection. We like that the can was left in as-found condition, without lid replacement.
