Condition/Comments: USBC 83-37, unlisted in USBCOI. Note that this example has the small HORNING brand in blue on the front and that it is OTHERS PENDING. Would slot in between USBCOI 421 and 422 time-wise. May have been a very short run pre-war issue. Moderate aging is visible but the can is pretty clean overall. The copper is still bright and the details all fully legible. There are several small dings around the bottom inch or so of the can. This is the best remaining from a recent find. Shows well.
