Condition/Comments: USBC 83-37, Unlisted in USBCOI. Note that this example has the small HORNING brand in blue on the front and that it is OTHERS PENDING. Would slot in between USBCOI 421 and 422 time-wise. May have been a very short run pre-war issue. Light to moderate aging is visible throughout the label. The copper is still bright and the details all fully legible. Small canning dings at the rims may not show well in the photos. Shows very nicely.
