Condition/Comments: USBC 83-37. Unlisted in USBC. Note that this example has the small HORNING brand in blue on the front and that it is OTHERS PENDING. Would slot in between USBCOI 421 and 422 time-wise. Some moderate aging is visible but is fairly uniform throughout the label so nothing stands out as glaring. The copper is still bright and the details all fully legible. There are a couple of small dings on the left side that do not show well in the photos. Shows quite nicely.
