Condition/Comments: USBC 83-37, Unlisted in USBCOI. Note that this example has the small HORNING brand in blue on the front and that it is OTHERS PENDING. Would slot in between USBCOI 421 and 422 time-wise. May have been a very short run pre-war issue. Moderate aging is visible but is mostly present on the right half of the can. The copper is still bright and the details all fully legible so the display is good. Dings on ANNIVER, to the right of BEER, and above PARIS 1912. Pennsylvania tax lid on top.
