Condition/Comments: Stunning piece with remarkable condition and detail. The gloss on the cardboard is like new and the intricate die cut border is almost as well, missing just a tiny chip from the top left. Even the lone remaining calendar page is bright. The only notable blemish we see is a 1-1/2 crease at 3-o-clock. This piece lists the primary location of Albany and a branch office at Manchester, NH. The Boston branch has apparently not been opened yet as of the time this piece was printed. 8 w x 12 h. 13-1/3 w x 16-1/2 h framed. All items are original unless otherwise noted.
