Condition/Comments: Rare. Co-branded with CHATELS, likely a tavern, liquor wholesaler, or restaurant. The piece contains three tools: a blade, a bottle opener, and a corkscrew. Blade is stamped simply USA. There is some very minor oxidation or slightly compromised finish to the chrome but the piece is in overall excellent condition; even the hanging loop is still attached and fully intact.
