Condition/Comments: Baltimore mandatory version. Can is bright and shiny with incredibly warm gold metallic. Much deeper than we usually see on this design. Colors are wonderful. Only a few small spots so the display is excellent. Hamms VA tax vanity lid is intact on top. All items are original unless otherwise noted.
