Condition/Comments: Very unusual promotional item! Wood top is covered by a tin and acetate covering much like a tin-over-cardboard sign of the period. Which makes perfect sense, since this device comes from the Parisian Novelty Co. who also made TOCs! Condition is excellent, with light wear to the surface of the plastic but only a few heavier scratches. There are 3-4 tiny paint drips too. But here is no cracking or discoloration. The brush itself looks to never have been used as the bristles are straight and clean. 6-1/4 w x 2 h x 1-1/4 d. All items are original unless otherwise noted.
