Condition/Comments: Sign operates from light bulb heat that, when it rises, passes through vents in the shade which propel it into slow rotation. The sign is constructed of plastic. We could not get the sign to spin as intended, though it does light. The hub on which the shade balances is slightly misshapen and cracked so the shade rubs the side or does not sit centered enough to rotate fully when balanced properly on the pin. 8-1/2 h x 6 diameter.
