Condition/Comments: This colorful piece has a number of blemishes yet powers on with some very nice visual appeal. The metallic trim is excellent and the colors are certainly eye-catching. The area between the H and O of HORSE is chipped and caked with some residue as are some other smaller areas within the insert. The red plastic has wear that includes stress fissures around the insert well. Stem is shiny and bright. 2-3/4 h. NABA. All items are original unless otherwise noted.
