Condition/Comments: Note the rare Grace Bros. Ltd. mandatory. This is a RARE R9 can both on- and off-grade according to USBCOI. This is the first of two examples of this rarity we are offering. Display is very good as all the colors are readily apparent and much of the surface is smooth and shiny. The heaviest humidity occurs on the right side but all of the text and OI panel details are visible. At the time of publication USBCOI stated there were a total of 5 examples known to the author, and only 2 were on-grade. So there are not many of these out there in ANY condition! Sweet!
