Condition/Comments: NOTE: Face of tray has restoration to the black and the orange and has been clear coated. Beautiful Deco style design and typography and bright, contrasting colors make this one an eye-catcher. Crazing in the paint on the rim and face is plain to see. No dings or kinks. 4-1/4 diameter.
