Condition/Comments: This is a truly unique piece intended for presentation to or for approval by the brewery. It is an artist mockup/comp for a proposed sign design. All of the text is hand-lettered and the background hand-colored. The cardboard bottle is a pre-printed component lifted from another source or campaign and applied here. It sits on the surface. Unusually clean lines on this sign are indicative of the streamlining trend that was underway in design at the time, in advertising, architecture, and even in automobiles and locomotives.
