Condition/Comments: NOTE: The face exhibits some marker touch-up to scratches in the blue, most notably below the EA of LEADER. The top of the inner rim and rolled rim edge have been repainted. The tray has been clear coated. Very colorful design features a graphic illustration of a drum major to accompany the tagline ITS A LEADER! No notable oxidation or staining to alter the brilliant colors and the shine is incredible with the clear coat. 12-inch diameter. All items are original unless otherwise noted.
