Condition/Comments: 13.25 x 10.5 inches. NOTE: There is restoration to the blue on the rim edge. Face of tray looks just great with hardly a mark. The rim and edge are more aged, with rough pocked and oxidized paint. Possibly clear coated. Reverse has been hand painted silver.
