Condition/Comments: Scarce sign is very high grade. The only notable blemish is some surface wear at the fleur-de-lis-type ornament at the top center. Other details are crisp as new and the colors are very strong. The piece is constructed of a cast or heavy molded plastic or composition material with deep relief and embossing that is highly detailed, including a faux woodgrain background throughout.
