Condition/Comments: This is a wonderful factory lithograph in remarkable condition. The image of the sprawling brewery complex would lead the viewer to believe that E&O was a town unto itself, with its main street trolleys and carriages, railroad, telephone poles, a common, and even a fountain! While this industrial-age scenario and the breweries long gone, at least we have this fine print to mark its place in time. No notable issues that jump out. Close inspection does reveal a few faint moisture stains along the top edge, however. Brilliant colors and first rate graphics, loads of detail. In a magnificent gilt gold frame! 55 x 39 inches.
