Condition/Comments: NOTE: Extensive restoration to this piece. Chips and paint loss have been repaired on the right side, the front yellow, and the red front lettering. The extended arm has been broken and reattached, the figures original blue pants have been repainted black, the coat has been repainted. Much of the piece has been clear coated.
