Condition/Comments: Gorgeous piece! Terrific subject matter and lovely palette used in this watercolor rendition of the factory. Image is bright and clear, the colors true and unfaded and not affected by moisture or foxing. Du Bois finest brews are named in each of the four corners that would be most prone to damage yet all four are clearly legible and uniformly intact. The most notable flaw is a fairly large tear that runs from the bottom front to the door of the bottling building. Other blemishes are quite minor. It is difficult to tell in the frame whether any repairs have been made to this piece. Sharp! 20 w x 15 h framed. All items are original unless otherwise noted.
