Condition/Comments: Very interesting approach to the label on this smaller jug: the label area was masked with a stencil through which only the letters received glaze, leaving the surrounding area only lightly brushed and the outer area fully exposed to a thick solid coat of glaze. There is no damage to the piece other than a couple of small rub marks near the handle. The lettering is bold and crisp and the surface, where glazed, has a wonderful sheen. 4-1/2 diameter x 8 h.
