Condition/Comments: Note the Detroit mandatory. This can is not listed as a flat top in USBC but does show as a pull tab in USBCII as 147-31. There is clear evidence the bottom has been replaced so it is likely the top has been too, though it is not clearly the case. It is the correct height.
