Condition/Comments: Baseball pocket schedules from this era are quite rare, especially full-color editions such as this. Difficult to tell for certain but the photo on the front appears to be Hall of Famer Paul Waner. The Bucs went 86-64-2 in 1938, finishing second, with a lineup that boasted Hall of Fame players Arky Vaughan, Paul and Lloyd Waner, and Heinie Manush in a backup role. Hall of Fame coaches included manager Pie Traynor and Honus Wagner. Because the piece is framed, it is impossible to tell whether it is complete and what the content and condition of interior panels/foldouts is. The front is very attractive as the photos attest and there is little aging evident, just some wear along the folds and where the interior panel edge has made an impression along the left side. The Carnegie branding is bright and clear. The piece has shifted within the frame from handling. Very striking in its blue-matted custom frame! 2-1/2 w x 4-1/8 h.
