Condition/Comments: Similar to 228-10, this unlisted variant features a FOIL LABEL, 2 rows of gold eagles, 8 cities, and the contents the same size as the other text along the bottom. Condition is excellent, though there is some scratching in the black at the top that exposes the foil beneath. Air sealed and all original.
