Budweiser Beer Pre-Pro Serving Tray FOX IN FIRE

Condition/Comments: Humorous tray shows a table of fox hunters enjoying some post-hunt Buds, wondering at what their dog is up to. He seems to be the only one aware that the shadow cast by the kit in front of the fire is in the shape of a fox. Condition is very good, with all elements of the scene plain to see, though the colors are somewhat darkened. The surface is oxidized and lightly crazed and there are other small marks. Some sources tab this as a 1930s tray, however we believe it to be pre-Pro based on the lithographic technique and illustrative style. 13-1/2 w x 10-1/2 h.
