Condition/Comments: This is an unlisted variation that has a superscripted copyright mark between BREWING and CO. It is similar to 41-40 except that the symbol is superscripted and the label states BAVARIAN, not BAVARIAN TYPE. It is similar to 42-1 except that 42-1 has no copyright symbol at all. Condition is excellent, with only minor blemishes. Color is excellent and metallic is clean and clear. There is an opener outdent on the front that may not be visible in photos.
