Condition/Comments: Rare spinner tip tray from a small PA brewery. Light to moderate aging affect this tray that features a pattern of colored race horses around a numbered inner circle. The idea being that, when the tray spins on the raised dimple at the center, the winner (or loser) who bet on the horse that lined up with a marker such as a coin or match, would perhaps win a free drink from fellow participants - or maybe have to buy the next round! 4-1/4-inch diameter.
