Condition/Comments: Rare quart, especially this clean! This is the version that spells out ONE FULL QUART at bottom front. The can was a paintover and has been meticulously cleaned to reveal the deep golden gem beneath! Very unusual to see an unfaded example like this as the gold on most examples has faded to something akin to warm silver or pale bronze. Ultra clean. There are a few small areas that have been rubbed down to metal where the can was dinged or scratched but these are off the face so the shelf presence is remarkable. The cleaning process removed the gold from the spout and rims but the can is otherwise all original and a truly wonderful example.
